Biography

Mr. Holzer is a business litigation and environmental law attorney. He began representing clients specifically in environmental matters in the early 1980s and has testified as an expert in the field. Experienced in defending business owners who come into toxic properties by pursuing the initial polluters for cleanup and costs, Mr. Holzer is Chair of our Environmental Practice Group. He also handles cases involving eminent domain, franchise and trademark law, as well as other general business disputes.
