Biography

Stephen V. Marasia focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, products liability and insurance coverage disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marasia represented and defended business entities, governmental entities, insurance companies and corporations in civil cases dealing with personal injury, premises liability, as well as commercial and construction litigation throughout the State of Florida on both the state and federal court levels. Mr. Marasia also has experience handling appellate matters, including previous oral arguments before the 2nd District Court of Appeal. Additionally, he has assisted and participated in several jury trials, obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients.

Mr. Marasia earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2014 and his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2011. Mr. Marasia is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
