Biography

Stephen Whitmore is the leading partner of Robinson & Henry’s Civil Litigation Practice and the Denver Metro Office. With over 30 years of experience, Steve has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in state, federal, and administrative courts. He handles a wide range of legal matters, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, collections, foreclosures, replevin actions, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, and more.

Steve represents both plaintiffs and defendants, with clients spanning banks, management companies, lenders, construction firms, car dealerships, small businesses, and individuals. His notable successes include securing a jury verdict win for a subcontractor in a breach of contract case, negotiating a significant reduction in a federal civil lawsuit, and successfully suing a local sheriff’s department for excessive force.

Steve has received multiple accolades, including recognition in the Denver Business Journal’s Top 50 Largest Law Firms and Douglas County’s Finest. He is actively involved in the legal community, regularly volunteering and speaking at events such as the 39th Annual Real Estate Symposium.

Used an unethical method in my case. Don't feel I received any benefit from his representation. A big waste of money. Seemed more interested in his fees than in my case.
