Stetson B. Holman

Stetson Holman is a seasoned trial attorney committed to representing injured clients throughout Idaho with a blend of skill, compassion, and unwavering advocacy. With a track record of handling hundreds of personal injury matters—including auto accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability claims, and insurance disputes—he has successfully recovered millions for his clients. Prior to founding Stetson Injury Law, Stetson served as Managing Attorney for a regional personal injury firm, overseeing operations, leading trial teams, and driving firm growth statewide. He further refined his practice at another prominent regional firm, managing complex, high-volume caseloads and earning a reputation for strategic, client-centered counsel. Stetson’s career began as a judicial clerk for the Idaho District Courts and the U.S. District Court in Boise, where he gained unique insight into judicial decision-making, which now informs his approach to every case. A graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law and former Managing Editor of the Critical Legal Studies Journal, Stetson also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Idaho. Today, he leverages his courtroom experience and deep commitment to justice to guide Idaho families through recovery after serious injury.
