Steve Bassin has substantial experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions in the United States and abroad. His experience spans various asset classes, including, hotels, condominiums, multi-family, retail, entertainment, office and other commercial properties. Steve frequently represents developers throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects, starting with the acquisition, through pre-development, construction, leasing, financings, joint ventures and the ultimate disposition or other capital events.
