Steve E. Jarmon, Jr.

Steve is a criminal defense attorney and partner at Lamb McErlane PC in West Chester, PA. He focuses his practice on criminal and civil matters. He has spent his legal career practicing criminal law in Chester County, PA and the Greater Philadelphia area. Steve has unique experience as a criminal defense attorney. He began his career as a prosecutor for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney before transitioning to criminal defense trial practice.

As a criminal defense attorney, Steve has won acquittals on a wide range of cases, including DUIs, Sexual Assault, Burglary, Robbery, Aggravated Assault and Homicide.

Steve is very active in the community, most recently he was named Solicitor to the newly elected Chester County Prothonotary, Debbie Bookman. He served as Chairman for the campaign that helped elect District Attorney -Elect Deb Ryan as the first woman to lead the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. Steve also serves as a Committee Person for the Phoenixville Democratic Committee, on the Phoenixville Human Relations Commission and on the Board of Governors for the Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation (PAEDCO). In addition, Steve serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer’s (PACDL) Probation and Parole Reform Task Force.
