Steven B. Granner

Steve Granner, AICP, is a firm consultant and certified by the American Planning Association. Mr. Granner graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in urban planning and is a graduate of Indiana University with a masters of art in public administration. Prior to working with Bose McKinney & Evans, Mr. Granner worked for the Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development where he was also the zoning administrator. He offers an in-depth knowledge of zoning and land use processes, zoning variances, zoning permits, improvement location permits and zoning approvals. Mr. Granner is an accomplished consultant with respect to title and survey matters for both simple and complex real estate transactions.
