Biography

Eagan attorney Steve O’Tool has invested 34 years developing his practice as a civil trial attorney. A 1978 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, Steve has developed a reputation for representing defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury related matters, business and commercial disputes, jury trials, court trials, administrative hearings and alternative dispute resolution. He is the former special counsel to Ideal Mutual Insurance Company and its self-insured liquor liability program, and has lectured in that field.
