i will confess i do not know steve well, so please take my thoughts with a grain of salt. I am rating him based on my general impressions. i have little active experience with Steve, who is otherwise a very nice and credible fellow.

I see Mr. Effertz only infrequently in Bankruptcy Court so my evaluation of his skills is based on rather limited experience with his work. He has done an acceptable job representing his clients.
Very nice, returns phone calls quickly even after hours. Lets you know what is going on every step of the way and will answer any questions you might have. Great lawyer highly recommend him for anyone...
