Steve Eichler heads a team of attorneys who defend a range of civil cases, including premises liability, construction accidents, construction defects, automobile and trucking litigation, and uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist matters. He has dedicated his entire legal career to representing insureds in complex, high-stakes matters and holds both the
Certified Claims Professional (CCP) and
Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) designations from the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance.
Steve has been engaged by several insurance companies to implement and to oversee litigation management programs. These programs, tailored to client needs, involve litigation management across three states and Margolis Edelstein’s nine offices. As the client-firm point person, Steve is closely involved from file assignment to settlement or trial, ensuring that our handling attorneys satisfy carrier and client handling requirements. He is periodically involved in attorney and carrier file analysis as cases progress through stages of litigation. Steve has lectured across the country to clients and to organizations on the merits of centralized litigation management.
