It is difficult to analyze Steve Franta's legal abilities because his practice is heavily reliant upon a practice product and model that, were he not a licensed attorney, we would refer to as a "trust mill." He delivers a "product" to his client that seems to be overly complicated and unnecessary for the circumstance as a way to justify the high costs passed along to his clients necessary to cover his overhead.
