Biography

Steven Mullins specializes in litigating Federal, State and Administrative Law matters. During more than thirty years of governmental service in the United States Department of Justice he tried hundreds of federal and state court lawsuits involving Federal and State Governmental matters. His career includes service as a General Counsel to the Department of Justice, a United States Attorney and General Counsel for the Governor of Oklahoma. He has extensive experience in Indian Law; Civil Fraud Defense; False Claims Act Defense; Medical Law; Employment Law and Labor Law; Governmental Law and Administrative Law. He has litigated cases in Oklahoma, Texas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, and South Dakota.
