Biography

Steven Kyle Richardson is a Partner in the firm's Tallahassee office. His practice focuses in the areas of catastrophic and personal injury, general civil litigation, premises liability, trucking defense, security negligence, vehicle negligence, wrongful death, defective products, construction litigation and first party property. He has been with the firm since 2013 and has worked in both the Tampa and Tallahassee offices. Mr. Richardson has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2024 for Insurance Law.

Mr. Richardson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University, where he majored in Political Science and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha. Upon graduation, Mr. Richardson earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Richardson served on the Student Leadership Development Committee and was awarded the Student Leadership award.
