Biography

Steven Lane Ehrlich is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East and Miami offices. Mr. Ehrlich litigates cases involving: claims against businesses and professionals, contractual disputes, partnership actions, financial services and securities, directors and officer claims, adversary bankruptcy actions, employment disputes, discrimination charges, and class action disputes.

Before joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Mr. Ehrlich served as In-House Counsel to a prominent food processing and distribution company. There, he handled matters including contract negotiations, landlord-tenant disputes, and land use and zoning matters. Additionally, Mr. Ehrlich was responsible for all regulatory and compliance work related to food safety and quality control regulations.

Mr. Ehrlich earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami where he was a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. He also earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.
