Highest grade of all Nevada bar applicants, 1978. Senior Partner, Burris, Thomas and Springberg, 1983-2008. Appointed head of Southern Nevada Panel, State of Nevada Medical Legal Screening Panel, 1996-1998. Editor of "The Advocate," the monthly journal of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association/Nevada Justice Association, 2004-2008. More than 30 published articles in various Trial Lawyer journals, including those of Nevada and Florida. Featured speaker at more than 20 state bar endorsed seminars for trial attorneys. Co-founder of "one day jury trial" program in Nevada.
