Biography

Many lawyers call themselves “trial attorneys,” but few actually are. Steven M. Vitale has been practicing law for more than 25 years, and he has tried more than 100 felony jury trials. In that time he has built a long and successful record in court, and gained valuable insight and experience that he puts to use when representing each of his clients. No matter what your legal need, Mr. Vitale will stand up for your interests and represent them aggressively in court.

In the realm of criminal law, Mr. Vitale has experience as an assistant prosecuting attorney as well as a major crimes prosecutor, trying capital felony cases, including murder, armed robbery, sexual assault, cold cases and cases involving intense media scrutiny. From this experience, Mr. Vitale knows how prosecutors think; he’ll use this knowledge to build a legal strategy designed to minimize the impact of criminal charges on your life.
