Steven Plehn

Steven Plehn is a dual American-Spanish citizen admitted to the New York and Spanish Bars. His areas of expertise include company law, mergers and acquisitions, international trade and distribution, public procurement, infrastructure projects, technology and bankruptcy. He is an active commercial litigator and a listed arbitrator with the courts of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the London Court of Arbitration and the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. He has published extensively, participated in numerous seminars regarding international commercial and investment law and is a regular lecturer at the "Instituto Español de Comercio Exterior" of the Spanish Ministry of Industry. Mr. Plehn is fluent in English, Spanish and French, and runs hid firm's law practice from Madrid, Spain, where he has practiced for over twenty years.

Mr. Plehn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College, a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University and a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia. University.
