Steven Robert Yee

Steven Yee is very enthusiastic, as a leader in the PBA/Pasadena Bar Assn Litigation Section; he enjoys litigation, but an alternative is mediation to support the parties' settling their dispute. Yee failed to make that judgment call, lost the case he litigated, and then after failing to comply fully with the written fee agreement rules, impermissibly sued for his (large) fee, which was defended by an Atty.
