Steven T. Budaj

Attorney Steven T. Budaj leads Steven T. Budaj, P.C. and brings a long record of courtroom and community experience to clients across Michigan. Licensed since 1979, he graduated from the Detroit College of Law and previously earned a business degree from Wayne State University, training that supports his practical, detail-oriented approach to complex cases. Mr. Budaj is known for representing clients in high-stakes personal injury matters, including serious accident cases, auto and motorcycle collisions, wrongful death claims, and civil rights cases involving police misconduct, excessive force, prisoner rights, and constitutional violations.
