Joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 2005

Susan Dana-Kobey practices in all areas of Construction-related and General Liability litigation in Arizona and California and serves as the firm's CD-GL Practice Group Chair for California claims. She has served as lead counsel for construction industry clients in multi-million dollar residential and commercial litigation matters for clients including numerous developers, general contractors and subcontractors in complex litigation matters.

Susan principally focuses her practice in civil litigation of first and third party insurance defense matters involving construction defect and personal injury matters. Her practice area also includes insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo, she practiced law in Southern California where she focused on insurance coverage litigation.

Susan is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has also worked as a Spanish translator in the telecommunications industry. Her proficiency in Spanish led Susan to volunteer by assisting Spanish speaking individuals at the Family Court Facilitator's Office in Orange County, California. While in law school, she clerked for the Hon. David Weinberg in the Orange County Superior Court, Lamoreaux Justice Center, Family Law Division.
