Biography

Susan F. Clark practices in the areas of Energy, Telecommunications and public utility law, and administrative law.

Ms. Clark has represented clients in utility rate cases, rulemaking cases, declaratory statements and other proceedings before the Florida Public Service Commission and in appeals to the Florida Supreme Court and the First District Court of Appeal.

A former Chairman and General Counsel of the Florida Public Service Commission, Mr. Clark has an extensive background in all areas of energy, telecommunications, and public utility law, including extensive involvement in such high-profile cases as PW Ventures v. Nichols, 533 So.2d 281 (Fla. 1988) and Tampa Electric Com v. Garcia, 767 So.2d 428 (Fla. 2000).
