I have served and worked with Susan on the Board of the Washington State Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel ("Board") since she joined the Board in (I believe) 2003. She has served on the Board at-large & in various Officer capacities. Recently she was elected Board President. Prior to knowing & working with her on the Board, I had known her for several years though mutual professional acquaintances. I rate her "5" (Excellent - highest rating) in each category above.
