Biography

For more than twenty years, Susan has specialized in representing and advising clients with respect to product liability and environmental litigation exposures. She has represented clients in the context of asbestos, silica, mercury, and underground storage tank exposures. Susan represents several defendants in asbestos-related litigation, including representation of a major building industry corporate defendant with respect to asbestos and related exposures on a regional and national basis. Susan also has experience representing clients in employment and commercial litigation.
