Susanne ("Susie") Ingold practices in all areas of general liability defense and construction litigation and serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Construction Defect-General Liability Practice Group. She has served as lead counsel defending cases brought against Arizona businesses, as well as national companies, including complex commercial and construction claims, insurance defense cases, employment based claims, dram shop liability claims, premises liability cases and personal injury claims. She has served as lead counsel for commercial and construction industry clients in multi-million dollar litigation matters, including developers, general contractors, subcontractors and insurers.
Susie also has extensive experience in employment law and litigation and regularly advises clients regarding issues of workplace discrimination, employer policies, employee discipline and termination, and compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws. She regularly represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in complex litigation matters in state and federal court. As an experienced litigator and trial lawyer, Susie has successfully defended corporations, businesses, employers, executives and management in jury trials throughout Arizona's state and federal courts.
