Suzanne Hernandez

Suzanne Hernandez is an attorney in the Orlando office. Her areas of practice include all aspects of insurance and general liability defense, including personal injury defense, premises liability, and automobile liability.

Ms. Hernandez is originally from Long Island, New York. She attended the University of South Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and received a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.

After law school, Ms. Hernandez worked at the Public Defender’s Office in Tampa where she handled cases in the juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony divisions and gained extensive jury trial experience. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Ms. Hernandez was an Associate Attorney at a law firm in Tampa where her practice areas included personal injury, premises liability, product liability, general civil litigation, and criminal. She has also lectured other attorneys on issues in personal injury cases.
