Svapna Alan Trivedi

Svapna Trivedi is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS), a distinction awarded by the State Bar of California to attorneys who demonstrate advanced knowledge, substantial trial experience, and a high level of expertise in family law. She represents clients throughout Los Angeles and Orange County in complex divorce and custody matters where financial security and parental rights are at stake.

Based in Long Beach, Ms. Trivedi is known for her strategic, results-driven advocacy and meticulous case preparation. She handles high-conflict custody disputes, contested divorces, and sophisticated property division cases involving business owners, professional practices, executive compensation, and substantial investment portfolios. Clients rely on her ability to analyze complex financial issues while remaining focused on practical, forward-looking solutions.

Ms. Trivedi’s approach is both assertive and protective. She works to resolve matters efficiently through negotiation or mediation when appropriate, but she is fully prepared to litigate aggressively when her clients’ interests require courtroom advocacy.

A Southern California native, Ms. Trivedi earned her Bachelor of Science from Occidental College and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of La Verne College of Law. During law school, she served as an Editor of the Journal of Juvenile Law and received multiple academic honors, including CALI Awards and recognition from the Federal Bar Association.

Her early work with the Alliance for Children’s Rights advocating for children’s healthcare access reflects a longstanding commitment to protecting families—an ethos that continues to guide her practice today.
