Biography

Sydney Tombers is an attorney in our Municipal Law Groups who focuses primarily on municipal prosecution. Her experience, working in many aspects of the criminal justice system, including criminal defense, child protection, and violent crime positions her to be a strong advocate for the municipalities she serves as well as our community.

While in law school, Sydney had an externship with a Hennepin County Judge where she learned the importance in both sides of criminal justice. She worked alongside the judge in DWI/Drug treatment court and experienced the importance of addressing the criminal behavior with treatment to reduce recidivism.

She handled cases with child victims ranging from assault to neglect and endangerment along with adult violent felonies such as firearm possession, armed robbery to murder cases.
