T. Lee Smith is a commercial and maritime litigator who partners with corporate clients in protecting their business interests and in achieving their legal objectives. Lee has expertise and experience in maritime law, first- and third-party insurance disputes, coverage matters, and construction defects. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense, and maritime law in Florida.

Lee is a native of Bradenton, Florida, where as a child, he spent time in the courthouse, observing trials, hearings, his police officer father, and his mother who worked as a trial clerk. When not advocating for his clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
