Tabitha Maggard Hochscheid

Practicing law for more than 15 years has afforded me the opportunity to accumulate a varied knowledge base and build a practice which focuses on long term client relationships. I enjoy the process of getting to know my clients and their businesses and finding solutions to their problems. I have developed skills and pursued new areas of law in my career in part because my clients needed the representation and encouraged me to take on new challenges. My practice has also afforded me the opportunity to be in business for myself and to work with the Cincinnati Bar Association to develop the Health and Well Being Committee which was formed in January 2012. Perhaps the most meaninful work I have undertaken is the work with other lawyers to reshape the legal industry through education about stress management, mental health and balanced living.
