Biography

Tal A. Wollschlaeger is an associate with the firm. Mr. Wollschlaeger’s focus at the firm includes insurance defense and general civil liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office. During his tenure at the State Attorney’s Office he gained significant trial experience.

He obtained his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. While in law school he clerked for a local law firm handling both civil and criminal defense matters. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in legal studies. While at UCF he worked for a small law firm specializing in settlement resolution, and was responsible for negotiating hundreds of health insurance liens saving his clients thousands of dollars on their medical bills.
