Talina Bidwell

Talina Bidwell is a partner at Pike & Lustig, LLP, specializing in business litigation. With over twenty-four years of experience, Talina represents individuals, corporations, financial institutions, and other entities in both State and Federal Courts. She is skilled in commercial, real estate, banking, and consumer financial litigation, handling complex matters including Truth in Lending Act violations, RICO, False Claims Act, and shareholder disputes.

Prior to joining Pike & Lustig, LLP, Talina served as Senior Counsel at one of the largest law firms in Florida, Broad and Cassel/Nelson Mullins, practicing at both trial and appellate levels. She has tried numerous cases to verdict and counsels clients across diverse industries, including healthcare and finance.

Talina is admitted to the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is a former judicial intern to the Honorable Harry Lee Anstead, Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida, and a former law clerk to Judge Eleanor Schocket of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Talina graduated cum laude with her juris doctorate in 2001 from Florida State University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in 1997 from Florida International University.
