Biography

Attorney Tamar Faulhaber has successfully represented clients facing divorce and other family law issues since 1993. She is an AV Preeminent-rated* attorney who has earned the respect of judges and colleagues, many of whom turn to her with questions about the law. More importantly, our clients come to regard us as an integral part of the process of restoring order to their lives.

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Faulhaber has been passionate in providing clients across Georgia representation that benefits clients and their entire family. She provides knowledgeable guidance and representation in many different areas of family law.

Besides representation in divorce, child support and child custody matters, she also assists clients with creating guardianships/conservatorships, adopting a child and those struggling with issues of domestic abuse. She is a trained mediator who can both mediate your dispute and provide representation to help you reach a resolution out of court that best meets your needs. She is proud to represent service members who often have unique issues and deserve to have their voice heard in court while serving our country. She is also a respected appellate lawyer who has argued before the Georgia Supreme Court and has influenced state law on complex property division matters and other issues.
