Biography

Tan H. Le is a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Securities Law Practice Groups. Mr. Le concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, international, securities matters, commercial financing and general corporate matters. Prior to joining PFS, Mr. Le was an associate with Altheimer & Gray, where he worked in the firm's Chicago and London offices.

Mr. Le was born in Vietnam. He is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.A., History, 1992) and the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., with honors, 1996), where he was named to the Dean's List and earned the American Jurisprudence award in Torts. He was admitted to the Minnesota (1993, inactive) and Illinois (2000) State Bars, as well as the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (2000).
