Biography

Attorney Tara Swartz founded Swartz Law, LLC in 2011 to assist employees and small businesses in all aspects of employment law claims, business formation and compliance. She represents clients in Boston and throughout Massachusetts, as well as in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area in Kansas and Missouri.

Attorney Swartz understands that employment related claims are complex and knows how to pursue them in a focused and results driven manner. Individualized attention and collaboration is key to a successful relationship with her clients. Attorney Swartz works with you not just for you, and she works endlessly from start to finish to achieve desired results.

Attorney Swartz has been repeatedly named to the Massachusetts and New England Rising Star (2007-2009, 2013) and Super Lawyers (2014-2020) List in the field of labor and employment. She attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she received undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Sport Management and participated on the Women's Gymnastics Team as a full-scholarship athlete.
