Tara Diamond is the managing partner of The Law Offices of Diamond, Fee, Kalos & Ballard, PLLC, with over 20 years of experience in family and matrimonial law across New York City. Her notable credentials include membership on the Manhattan Family Court 18-B Assigned Counsel Panel and certification by the First Judicial Department to represent children in custody and visitation disputes within Manhattan courts. A certified mediator and parenting coordinator, Tara adeptly employs her conflict resolution skills to assist families in reducing tensions, enhancing communication, and fostering effective co-parenting. She actively contributes to the Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts, New York State Bar Association, and the New York Women’s Bar Association (NYWBA), where she holds leadership positions, including co-chairing the Children’s Rights and Judiciary committees, and serving as the Corresponding Secretary. Tara earned her undergraduate degree with High Honors from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, underscoring her dedication to family law and child advocacy.
