Taren L. Castro

Taren L. Castro is the founding attorney of The Castro Law Firm, PLLC, serving clients throughout the West Palm Beach area in matters involving probate, estate planning, and guardianship. She is known for helping clients make sense of complicated legal processes, whether they are settling an estate through probate or putting an estate plan in place to avoid confusion and conflict later. Ms. Castro advises clients on wills and planning strategies that reflect their goals and helps families understand what happens when someone passes away with or without a properly executed will. She also represents families in guardianship cases for minors and incapacitated adults, providing practical guidance while keeping the focus on protection, dignity, and long-term stability. Before opening her firm, Ms. Castro served in public safety and public service roles, including as a Florida State Trooper, and later as an Assistant State Attorney and an Assistant Attorney General in civil litigation. She was named to the Florida Super Lawyers list in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
