Tatevik “Vicki” Gasparyan is an accomplished personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Vicki specializes in representing clients who have suffered serious injuries resulting from automobile accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and traumatic brain injuries. With nearly two decades of comprehensive industry experience, she brings a unique and valuable perspective to her practice, combining expertise in both plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury law.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Vicki gained significant experience in the insurance industry, where she held key technical roles representing both individual clients and Fortune 500 companies. Her extensive defense-side background includes handling complex, high-stakes cases involving automobile, trucking, and scooter accidents, as well as a broad range of premises liability issues, negligent security claims, environmental cases, mass torts, and class actions. Vicki’s career in the insurance sector also afforded her the opportunity to participate in over 50 jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations nationwide, enriching her skill set and strategic approach to client advocacy.
Recognized for her exceptional legal abilities and dedication to client service, Vicki was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in both 2024 and 2025 and was included in the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers. Vicki is a 2022 graduate of the prestigious Leadership Academy of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), where she currently serves as the PR Chair of their New Lawyers Division. She is also an active member of Women Lawyers of Los Angeles (WLALA), where she co-chaired the Young Lawyers Division in 2023 and presently serves as Litigation Chair.
Throughout her legal career, Vicki has consistently demonstrated a passion for advocacy and a relentless commitment to securing justice for her clients. During law school, she was selected for the Honors Appellate Moot Court and represented her institution in the Roger Traynor Moot Court Competition, receiving recognition from the Witkin Legal Institute for her legal excellence.
In addition to her practice, Vicki is an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching Legal Research and Writing as well as Trial Advocacy, further fostering the next generation of legal professionals.
