Taylor D. Fennell, an Inland Empire native, deeply comprehends the local community's needs, underpinned by his academic journey and professional pursuits. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of California, Riverside, Taylor further enriched his education with a summer study of medieval history in Stirling, Scotland. His legal acumen was honed at the esteemed Howard University School of Law in Washington D.C.

During his tenure at Howard, Taylor distinguished himself as a proactive leader, manifesting his commitment through various volunteer roles. Notably, he held the position of Lieutenant Governor for the American Bar Association, clerked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C., and contributed as an Intake Volunteer for the Employment Justice Center, dedicated to aiding lower-income employees in pro se litigation.

Presently an Associate at the Law Offices of Tanya L. Willis, Taylor fervently upholds a mission of delivering exceptional service to clients.
