Taylor D. Martin

Taylor D. Martin served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 20th Judicial District, representing Faulkner, Van Buren, and Searcy Counties for over five years. During this time, he managed thousands of criminal cases, ranging from traffic offenses to serious violent crimes. As the prosecutor overseeing District Court, Circuit Court Domestic Violence, felony drug crimes, and property crimes, Taylor gained invaluable experience and insight into how prosecutors approach cases. This knowledge now informs his defense strategies, allowing him to defend clients from every angle of their case. Having successfully tried and won numerous trials before various judges and juries, Taylor brings extensive courtroom experience that many attorneys lack. Born and raised in Central Arkansas, he graduated from Vilonia High School and pursued his legal career by earning a degree in Construction Management from UALR and a law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. Taylor's deep understanding of Arkansas' criminal justice system, from the initial review of charges to trial, gives him an insider's perspective in defending his clients. In his free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenny, and their daughter, as well as playing golf, hunting, traveling, and watching sports.
