Biography

Taylor Duffy is an associate attorney in the Las Vegas, Nevada, office of WSHB, handling complex civil litigation.

She earned her law degree with a concentration in Business and Commercial Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grand Canyon University, graduating summa cum laude.

Prior to joining WSHB, Taylor served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Linda Marquis in the Eighth Judicial District Court's Family Division. During her time in law school, she gained valuable experience as an extern with the Office of Government and Community Engagement at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as well as with the Henderson City Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division.

In 2023, Taylor's article titled "Standardizing the Corporate Veil Phenomenon" was published in the NY Business Law Journal, a publication of the New York State Bar Association.

She is licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
