Taylor Trusky, a highly accomplished legal professional, commenced
her academic journey by earning a B.A. in Strategic Communications,
magna cum laude, along with a Certificate in Sports Marketing from
Temple University (PA). Notably, during her tenure at Temple, Ms.
Trusky showcased her dedication to excellence as a key member of the
NCAA Division I women's soccer team. Transitioning from the realm of
sports marketing, she furthered her education by obtaining a law
degree from the Drexel University Kline School of Law, where she
distinguished herself as a Rising Advocate Scholarship recipient.
While pursuing
her legal education, Ms. Trusky actively participated as a member of
the Kline School of Law's Negotiation Team. Her prowess in
negotiation was evident as she secured the title of Regional Champion
in the 2021-2022 American Bar Association Negotiation Competition,
achieving Regional Finalist status in her 3L year. Beyond her
negotiation achievements, Ms. Trusky assumed leadership roles as the
President of her law school's Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and
as an Associate Editor of the Drexel Law Review.
Recognized for
her academic excellence, Ms. Trusky received the CALI Excellence for
the Future Award for outstanding achievement in the studies of Legal
Writing/Research and Trial Advocacy. Her legal internships included
serving under The Honorable Robert B. Kugler in the United States
District Court for the District of New Jersey and as a Summer
Associate for a Philadelphia law firm specializing in defense
litigation.
Ms. Trusky's
association with Pond Lehocky Giordano began in the spring of 2022
when she joined as a law clerk. In this role, she played a crucial
part in preparing demand strategies for settlement negotiations,
conducted extensive legal research, and provided valuable assistance
to the client services team. Recognizing her dedication and
capabilities, Ms. Trusky transitioned to a full-time Associate
Attorney role in September 2023. In this capacity, she continues her
mission to protect the rights of injured workers across Pennsylvania,
leveraging her diverse skills and experiences to make a meaningful
impact in the legal field.
