Biography

Ted Tishman is a member of the firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice Group and also applies his cross-disciplinary experience in the firm’s Corporate and Taxation Practice Groups. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Ted’s practice focuses on the preparation of simple and complex wills, healthcare durable powers of attorney/living wills and durable powers of attorney, sophisticated estate planning and administration, trust planning and administration, business succession planning and the development of limited liability companies, charitable gift planning and estate litigation.

Ted is a regular speaker on federal estate and gift taxes and estate planning issues and has presented to various civil organizations and continuing professional education groups.
