REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS: Represented plaintiff in a case invalidating Cincinnati's illegal attempt to criminalize firearm possession. After a favorable decision in the trial court, the City appealed. The First District Court of Appeals unanimously agreed that the ordinance was illegal and sided with plaintiff.; Represented an individual in appeal of conviction for Gross Neglect of a Patient. Conviction reversed unanimously by the Ohio First District Court of Appeals and case dismissed.; Represented seller in successful multi-million dollar company asset sale.
