Biography

Terrence 'Terry' Heaslett is a senior associate attorney in the San Diego office of WSHB. He has extensive experience in all facets of complex civil litigation, including catastrophic injury defense, automotive liability, premises liability, subrogation defense, professional liability, contract disputes, and construction defects. Terry's background equips him with the specialized skills necessary to represent clients and achieve favorable resolutions to litigated matters effectively.

A native of San Diego, Terry graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor's in Psychology with an emphasis on behavioral and cognitive processes. Terry is a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he served as a linguist. After his military service, Terry worked as an X-ray technologist, continuing his commitment to the community in the medical field. Throughout his medical career, he was involved in many medical procedures ranging from trauma care to his final position in the cardiac catheterization lab. This experience provides him with an in-depth and hands-on knowledge base in evaluating personal injury, injury causation, and standard of care.

Terry graduated from California Western School of Law in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys reading, biking, and supporting veterans' advocacy groups.
