Terri Lynn Herring-Puz

 My practice primarily involves workers compensation, including both Washington State Labor & Industries and Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers compensation claims, including Non-appropriated fund and DBA claims. I also represent plaintiffs in personal injury actions involving work site accidents, including those on the waterfront.   I graduated from UC San Diego, and went to law school at University of Puget Sound. I have been with Welch & Condon since my law school days. I have been licensed to practice in Washington since 1988. I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Worker's Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and am an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) I am active on Legislative issues involving workers compensation in Washington, and stay connected to issues which affect injured workers both locally and nationally.   My time outside the office is spent with my husband, our big dogs, our four kids, and our ever growing family.
