Terry E. Richardson Jr. is a consummate litigator who represents individuals, governments, groups and businesses in a wide range of matters. He is widely regarded as one of the pre-eminent plaintiff attorneys in the southeastern United States.Often honored by colleagues and a leader in legalorganizations, Terry has handled cases involving product liability, catastrophic injuries, securities fraud, and class actions. He has tried, and won, some of South Carolina's biggest cases.This includes a settlement in a train derailment that was the largest single tort case in South Carolina history.
