Mr. Terry L. Winborn

Terry’s practice focuses on working closely with banks, lending institutions, and other parties in the purchase and sale of real estate and related transactions. Having served on the boards of banks, trust companies, insurance companies, and other businesses, he brings a broad business perspective to his approach to the law. Terry represents corporate clients in business transactions involving acquisitions, sales, mergers, restructuring, and planning. In addition, he works with individuals and families developing wealth preservation strategies, charitable giving, and business-succession planning.

Terry’s leadership extends beyond the law firm to professional groups and civic and governmental organizations. He has been honored for his service on the Greater Dallas Planning Council and the City of Dallas’ Overall Economic Planning Committee, and he earned the Boy Scouts’ Silver Beaver Award for his commitment to working with area youth.
