Thaddeus Peter Mikulski, Jr.

Thaddeus “Ted” Mikulski Jr. is a dedicated advocate for individuals and businesses facing legal challenges. With a practice spanning serious personal injury, employee rights, medical malpractice, civil rights, and workers’ compensation, he also represents small businesses in litigation, contract negotiations, and employment law matters. A former prosecutor, he leverages his extensive trial experience to defend individuals charged with crimes and traffic offenses. Mr. Mikulski’s legal career is marked by numerous accolades and leadership roles. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court since 1990 and has served on various Supreme Court committees, including ethics and jury selection panels. An AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, his practice is rooted in integrity, respect, and client-centered service. Beyond his legal work, Mr. Mikulski serves as President of the Anchor House Foundation, supporting runaway and homeless youth. An avid cyclist, he participates in the foundation’s annual 500-mile “Ride for Runaways.” Since 1988, he has also been an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey, teaching business law.
