Thayane Machin Martinez is an associate in the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. She focuses on international disputes, including international commercial and investment arbitration and related litigation. Thayane represents clients in complex matters before state and federal courts, including applications under 28 U.S.C. 1782, and advises on U.S. discovery for use in foreign proceedings.Having studied in both Brazil and Florida, Thayane brings experience with civil law and common law systems.
