Biography

Theodore A. Gollnick has lived in Sarasota, Florida since 1961. After graduating from Sarasota High School, he attended the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, 1976. He attended Florida State University, earning a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1980 and a Master of Business Administration in 1983, where upon he returned to Sarasota. Theodore A. Gollnick founded Theodore A. Gollnick, P.A. in 1990, focusing from the start in the area of guardianship law. He has received fro his peers the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating for legal ability and ethics.
